I'm not quite ready to give up our vagabond life style. I love seeing the world and living abroad, but I have to admit that lately I've been daydreaming about putting roots down somewhere. At the moment that somewhere is here in Vejle and this house, it'll do quite nicely. I mean, those views! That fireplace! Two balconies AND a terrace! That bathroom! The bathtub IN that bathroom! Oh, little house. I heart you so. You can see more here.
That's an amazing space. One thing that's nice about moving a lot is you get to try out different styles of design and decor.
ReplyDeleteWhat I really love about Scandinavian interiors especially is that it really is a blank slate. Walls are white. Floors are natural - either wood or stone. And they really appreciate good light and work really hard for it. And it's clean. There isn't a lot of clutter. It's really a great canvas to sort of incorporate bits and pieces of our travels.
