Our wedding anniversary was yesterday and back in 2010 we celebrated by taking The Babe to the Butterfly Exhibit at the London Natural History Museum. It was hot that day, too, and he was not that impressed. Maybe he just didn't know what to make of all the flying, fluttering things. Or maybe he just couldn't really see them. They do kind of blend. He really digs butterflies now, though.
One word to describe this week: busy. Scratch that. Make it 3 words: SUPER DUPER BUSY! I've been busy cleaning and organising and tying up loose ends and finishing up little projects, getting ready just in case little miss decides to show up a little early, all while trying to enjoy the last few days of being pregnant. And it's been hot - if you can call 75˚F hot. I used to call that pleasant, but living in the more northern climes has made me a bit of a wimp where heat is concerned. Now I'm positively wilting the moment it hits 70˚F. See? Wimp.
Here's your five on Friday:

I am totally making this pool noodle race track for The Babe.
This is fast becoming a favourite food blog.
I'll be kicking back on the patio this Memorial Day Weekend with this tasty beverage.
How about you? Any big plans for Memorial Day?
I do hope that you have a fabulous one!
Thanks for stopping by this week!
