Happy Monday! I hope you had the loveliest of weekends - especially all you moms out there! I hope that you had an especially amazing weekend. We were busy moving furniture around, washing baby clothes, getting ready for our little lady to arrive. This morning I decided I should probably download the pictures off my camera. I have a bad habit of letting them accumulate and even though I haven't been using my new DSLR as much as I should these last two months, there were still hundreds of pictures to go through. Here are just a few of my favorites:
The Babe loves butterflies. Actually, he loves anything that flies at the moment.
We watched this little guy for a while before he flew away.
Last year's apples still hanging on the tree.
This spring I watched a little mama bird build her nest and after a few weeks I very carefully peeked in to find two beautiful blue eggs. I felt a lot of solidarity with that mama bird so I was sad when I looked in on them again, they were gone. I think a raven must have found and eaten those pretty little eggs.

There must have been about 100 pictures of these absolutely gorgeous peony tulips I bought at the local grocery. I think I know where my new found love of the colour coral comes from...
Oh, the peonies are so beautiful!
